Q: How do I get tickets?

Q: When should I arrive for the event?
A: Gates will open ahead of the Sport starting in the Main Arena at 8am each day.


Q: Can I attend just in the evening?
A: Last entry for General Admission Ticket Holders is 5.30pm.


Q: If I’m booking in a group, can I get a discount?
A: There are no group discounts offered on tickets.


Q: At what age do children need tickets?
A: General admission free for children 3 years and under. Child ticket required for those aged 4-14 years.


Q: Can I cancel my tickets?
A: Once tickets have been purchased they are non-refundable. We cannot offer any kind of refund unless the event is cancelled or is subject to considerable alteration, such as a change of date.


Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes, they come free!


Q: What should I do if I have lost my ticket confirmation?
A: In the event you have lost your tickets or ticket conformation, please contact the Events Office on 01829 307676.


Q: Can I smoke at the event?
A: The show is a no-smoking event. Smoking is not permitted on the show ground.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Car parking is available on site and a charge applies. Purchase in advance by clicking here for the best price, or for £10.00 per car on the day.

Q: How can I volunteer at the show?

Q: Is there an age restriction for unaccompanied children?
A: Children under the age of 14 are only permitted into the venue with an accompanying adult. Everyone attending an event, including babies, must have a ticket.

Q: Is there a lost property?
A: If you find any lost possessions, please hand them in to the Secretaries Office. Similarly, if you have any lost possessions, please report this to the Secretaries Office and we will do our best to help you find them. If you find you have lost something after you have left please call the Events Office on 01829 307676.
